Berlin real estate investor Jakob Mähren is the founder of the MÄHREN AG. Since founding the MÄHREN GROUP in 2002, he has managed it with specialist knowledge and the right feeling for trends and development potential. He is one of the most successful players in the Berlin real estate market and provides his clients with professional advice on a daily basis.
As a dynamic investor, Mähren places great importance on reliability, efficiency and fairness in dealing with business partners. “Since the start of my work in the real estate business, I know that transparency and information are very important. For this reason, well-founded, individual advice is a top priority for us,” explains Jakob Mähren. Partners appreciate this, as MÄHREN’s impressive success story shows.
From the beginning, Jakob Mähren clearly focused his business activities on Berlin. Not only as a result of a deep commitment to his home city, which he loves as a modern metropolis with a great history and many facets. But at the same, because he sees the greatest economic potential here: “I am positive about the city’s future and therefore deliberately invest here. Naturally, I also regularly investigate investment opportunities in other cities, but no other city currently offers greater development potential than Berlin. For this reason, investment in Berlin real estate is a crisis-resistant investment in real assets”. Mähren is particularly pleased that the numerous building refurbishments undertaken by his company contribute to making Berlin even more attractive.
The Jakob Mähren Foundation is currently being established. It will support selected social projects in the future. Jakob Mähren has already committed himself with great enthusiasm to social projects on a professional and personal level in the past. He initiated a Facebook donations marathon for the children’s hospice “Berliner Herz”. Mähren donated one Euro for every “Like” on the Facebook page of the hospice project. After just a few days, the page collected EUR 20,000 after collecting as many “Likes”. Private individuals and business partners participated in the action, so Jakob Mähren could ultimately present the founders of the hospice with a cheque for EUR 60,060. The hospice opened in March 2015. Meanwhile, a car treasure hunt through Berlin with 50 participants raised a donation of EUR 15,000 for the project “Laughing Hearts e.V.”, which benefits socially disadvantaged children.
